To get a more detailed evaluation of the patentability of your invention, fill out our intake form and e-mail it to us for review. This evaluation includes a complementary half hour consultation.

Option Two
For a comprehensive evaluation of your invention and to receieve a quote for the cost of drafting and filing a patent application for your invention, you can fill out our pre-filing questions and send them to us along with a disclosure of your invention. This evaluation also includes a complementary half hour consultation.

As required by law, any invention disclosure made to us is kept in secret and is fully confidential. Nevertheless, we are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement to further document this requirement.
